Questions about the order form or ordering process?

Here’s an example if the family from Bluey were to order.

Bingo brings home the fundraiser order form from school.  The Heeler family would like to order a Country Kitchen wreath.  That night, Bluey’s godmother, Frisky, comes for dinner and sees the fundraiser flyer.  She says she’d like to order a cross and writes a check to the school.  Later that week, Bingo asks Grandad if he’d like a wreath.  He says yes- he’d like a Deluxe for his Veterans’ Christmas Party, and pays in cash.  Bingo also asks her neighbor Pat.  Pat says he would like two Country Kitchen wreaths- one for his door and one to give to Doreen down the street.  He sends the money to Bingo’s parents digitally.  When the time comes to submit orders, Chilli decides it will be easiest for her to pick up orders.  This is what her form looks like.  She submits Frisky’s check for $47, adds in her dad’s $47 in cash, and writes a check for $90 to cover their family’s order plus their neighbor’s order, since he paid her electronically.  On pick-up day, Chilli goes to the school to pick up the 4 wreaths and the cross, and delivers them to everyone who ordered from her.
